His career has been diverse, starting as a Supervisor at Broad base Systems Nigeria Limited, where he worked as a systems hardware engineer. He excelled in marketing at Marco polo Nigeria Ltd, significantly increasing client base and revenue.

As an Executive Director/Manager at Prudent Property and Investment, he oversaw project development and management. Subsequently, at IncServe Nigeria Limited, he served as a marketing manager, responsible for strategic acquisitions and project development.

Currently, Bode is the Managing Director of Adegbite Industries, where he draws upon his extensive industry experience to oversee daily operations. His career has honed his expertise in management, leadership, construction, agribusiness and property management, marketing, and facility management. He is fluent in English, Yoruba, and Hausa, with a basic knowledge of French.
